Well, I'm getting really excited about the family vacation.  I just setup the hotel rooms for the first couple of days.  We will be going to Washington, DC and will be staying at the Hyatt by Dulles Airport.  Thanks to www.priceline.com we got the rooms for $62/night.  This is not just a hotel, it's a 4 star hotel.  I am really loving www.priceline.com now.

After a few days In Washington, DC, we will be venturing to Gettysburg and staying at the Cashtown Inn.  According to Ghost Hunters, this is a haunted bed and breakfast.  Cashtown Inn was investigated during Season 4, The Fear Cage Episode.   Not only that, but we will be staying in the room they suggestion, the two room Pender suite!

After we spend a few days in Gettysburg, our next trip will be to the Morefield Mine in Amelia, Virginia. My wife and I have always wanted to go jewel sifting and this seems like this will be a fun one day trip.  After we finish up in Amelia, it will all depend on how many days we have left.  If we have a few days left we may travel toward the ocean or maybe we will start working our way back home slowly.  If we don't have much time left, we may just hit one more random place on the way home, but who knows where that will be.  I truly can't wait for this vacation, we haven't been able to do one in 3 – 4 years now.
