Okay, so you are seeing this error randomly when trying to access different web sites using Google Chrome.  I know, you've never seen this error before with other browsers.  I had the same problem and I found a very easy fix.  It seems that when Google Chrome tries to do it's pre-fetching of information that there is some sort of problems, so to fix this problem, use the following steps:

1. Select the Customize and control Google Chrome icon at the top of the toolbars.

Google Chrome Toolbar

2. In the dropdown menu, selection Options.

Selecting Google Chrome Options

3. On the Options page, select the Under the Hood tab.

Under The Hood of Google Chrome

4. Uncheck Use DNS Pre-Fetching To Improve Page Load Performance.

5. You are all set.  This should fix the problem.
